Like many others, you may think that you’re just ‘being ungrateful’ or that it’s wrong to feel sad, angry, or anxious when there’s no apparent reason for you to feel this way. But what if there’s more to it than that? What if you’re not actually ungrateful, but depressed? How do you tell the difference?
