7 Ways to Stop Caring About What Others Think

Comparing yourself to others and focusing on what other people think about you is bad for your mental health. The happiest people don’t even think about others, they focus on themselves and being better than they were previously.

Show yourself gratitude, focus on yourself, and know that you can’t make everyone happy. Stop caring about what people think of you and be confident in yourself.
