Cambodia holds elections Sunday with few doubts over the outcome. Prime Minister Hun Sen’s Cambodian People’s party is certain to cruise to victory after nearly four decades in power. That’s been assured by pushing the opposition out of the political process. But there’s one change on the horizon, with the 70-year-old leader saying he’s ready to hand the reins over to his son.
