5 Signs You’re Living With Trauma

Trauma is an emotional response to a terrible event. Living with trauma can affect you well after a traumatic event or experience, and can play a big part in how you move forward in life. Trauma also isn’t something that only people who’ve been diagnosed with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (創傷後應激障礙) can have. There are certain signs and behaviors that are common in most people with trauma, and when made aware of them, can help you determine what kind of trauma you have, and how it’s affecting your life.
