6 Signs Someone May Have Emotional Trauma

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. With the declining mental health in 2022 reported around the world, we feel that it is important to talk about emotional wounds, and trauma. Healing from trauma is a life long process that often improves with therapy. Do you suspect that someone’s mental health is worsening, because they have experienced personal traumas that were never healed?
