7 Habits that Are Endangering Your Mental Health

Maintaining good mental health is an ever increasing problem in our society, especially since what happened with the events tied to covid. If you haven’t already been seeking therapy, we suggest and urge you to really give therapy a shot if you have the funds or resources for it. The many mental health problems people could deal with include clinical depression, 焦慮, 躁鬱症, dossociation and dissociative disorders, and the list goes on. 在這個視頻中, we aim to cover some of the bad habits that may be worsening our mental wellness.
