Are You Ashamed Of Yourself?

Did you know that thinking poorly of yourself can lead to depression? 例如, thinking you are not good enough, that things are your fault or constantly reminding yourself that you are a bad person. How you think about yourself, can either make your depression worse or better. The purpose of this video is to remind you of your negative thinking so that you can be aware of them and do something about them.
