Ballet Class | London Contemporary Dance School (full class live stream)

Live stream of Chisato Ohno’s ballet class with London Contemporary Dance Schools third year undergraduate students (六月 2019). Accompanied by Neil Webster.

The class starts with 45 minutes of barre. Working on plié, tondu, rond de jambe, adage, grande battement, fondue and more. The students come into the centre, after stretching, to do a centre adage, which incorporates balancé and pirouettes. They have a small warm up jump exercise using pliés and rises. Followed by a glissade exercise using assemblés and changement. To end with a grand allegro incorporating leaps, fouette and balancés.

All of these students graduated the school in July 2019 and many are working for companies, 教學, working in independent projects and are dance artists.
