俄羅斯總統普京承認中國 – 莫斯科最重要的盟友 – 有 “questions and concerns” about the war in Ukraine.

Putin was speaking in Uzbekistan, during his first face-to-face talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping since the start of Russia’s invasion. But he also thanked China for what he called Beijing’s ‘balanced position’ toward Ukraine.
