“Crafting America” Opening Exhibition Lecture
This video delves into the opening discussion on the exhibition “Crafting America” at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in Bentonville, 阿肯色州, presented by co-curators Jen Padgett and Glenn Adamson. ABOUT JEN PADGETT
Jen Padgett is an associate curator at Crystal Bridges. Her research focuses on modern art from the 1900s to 1950s, exploring connections between media and intersections between fine art and design.
ABOUT GLENN ADAMSON
Glenn Adamson is a curator and writer who works at the intersection of craft, design history and contemporary art. Currently Senior Scholar at the Yale Center for British Art, he has previously been Director of the Museum of Arts and Design; Head of Research at the Victoria & Albert Museum; and Curator at the Chipstone Foundation in Milwaukee.
