When you think of Elba you think of Napoleon…and holidays – in season the tourists are ferried to the island off the Tuscan coast. They seek out the beaches, the forests and the picturesque towns. Swordfish and Tuna are just some of the delicacies on the island as well as plenty of fresh vegetables.

Mljet is the largest island in the Dubrovnik archipelago, along with the Dalmatian Coast. The slow-paced island lies on the Southern tip of Croatia. Thanks to its abundant nature, it is considered one of the most beautiful islands in the Adriatic. The locals live with and from the sea. There is an array of families recipes for the endless supply of fish and seafood.

Rhodes is the fourth largest Greek island and is a tourist hotspot: in the summertime, the beaches are filled with holidaymakers. Until Easter, 然而, locals have the island to themselves.
