探索橫跨威爾士的新山地自行車路線 | “極限威爾士與理查德帕克斯”

理查德·帕克斯（Richard Parks）正在自立, 橫跨威爾士中部的為期三天的山地自行車之旅, creating a new off-road bike route through the heart of his home country. Starting in Knighton in the East, home of Offa’s Dyke, he’ll cycle to Barmouth on the West coast, riding up and over what’s referred to as the spine of Wales, the Cambrian Mountains. Riding through the valleys and forests of the Welsh countryside, he’ll have to tackle some of the toughest cycling terrain in the UK. This landscape has produced some of the top ranked cyclists in the world; Richard will be joined by a selection of them on this epic cross-country adventure.

理查德·帕克斯, 前威爾士橄欖球國際, now world-record holding endurance athlete, is on new adrenaline-filled adventures. He will be exploring the most extreme environments that his homeland of Wales has to offer, and will also be showing off its most stunning and wild landscapes.
