Immediately, his administration sets up the “Green New Deal,” a huge green energy initiative. 美國, the world’s largest consumer of energy, is the worst polluter in the world… so does that mean they now are entering a new era? Sales of hybrid cars take off, wind farms and solar panels flourish throughout the country. Nike, Lewis, Coca-Cola, McDonalds, 沃爾瑪: all large U.S. companies communicate their desire to reduce their “carbon footprint”. Has America become green?
