Military classes at Szkół nr 2 in the town of Nowy Sacz are voluntary and any live ammunition is used under strict supervision in designated locations.

Teenagers study weapons, combat and first aid, alongside traditional lessons such as English and maths. Poland has a tense relationship with Russia, and its conflict in Ukraine stoked fears within Poland.
