甘美的牧場: 從博登湖到皮茲布恩 | 從上面的阿爾卑斯山 (8/10)
第八集從阿爾高柔軟的綠色山丘經博登湖到達高山. In Altstaedten a couple performs a craft that has become rare: the Zeilhuber family are organ makers. Close by, artist Max Schmelcher cuts the peat in the moorlands surrounding his studio to use it in his works. Lindau on Lake Constance is home to Germany’s southernmost lighthouse – and to a opera of a very special kind: 這裡, marionettes take the stage.
The helicopter is headed towards Piz Buin, the highest peak of the Vorarlberg region. In many parts of Vorarlberg farming is still a common source of income. Farmers spend the whole summer with pasture farming, as do the Lingg family, whose alp cheese is a praised delicacy. In the village Bartholomaeberg archaeologists have set up for an excavation of early settlements of the Montafon. In summer, most peaks are clear of snow. 然後, bike hikers like Birgit Noha climb up the mountains to descend them by bike – however steep the slope may be. Opposed to downhill bikers, it’s not the speed that counts for them, but the technique to make it back down again safely.

The Alps are the most prominent mountain range in Europe and also one of the most accessible. Over thousands of years, a unique landscape was created in which man and nature shaped each other. The documentary series approaches this fascinating world from an unusual perspective – from above. Using Cineflex camera technology, “Alps from above” sets the scene for the most fascinating peaks of the Alps. Breathtaking aerial shots alternate with pointed vignettes of the mountain inhabitants; a flow of high-quality images provides a modern profile of life in the Alps.
