May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and we wanted to save the most intentional video for last. Mental Health is NOT nothing, but EVERYTHING. Mental wellbeing affects all areas of our lives, from productivity to feeling fulfilled to finding happy relationships. When mental health is ignored, we lose touch with what’s really important and end up in places we don’t want to be.
