The real goal: Equal pay for equal play

There is systemic ​inequality that exists ​in professional sports, ​even among ​​athletes ​at the highest levels. But what can be done? In this talk from TED-Ed Weekend in New York City, Estée Park discusses alarming statistics of wage gaps and poses a solution for how we might get closer to equal pay for equal play.
