手錶: 百老匯劇院更名為莉娜霍恩

首次, 百老匯劇院現在以一位黑人女性的名字命名. 星期二, the Brooks Atkinson Theatre on West 47th Street was officially renamed in honor of the late actress, singer and civil rights activist, 莉娜霍恩. Horne famously participated in the 1963 進軍華盛頓. A Tony and Grammy award winner, she also starred in the one-woman show “Lena Horne: The Lady and Her Music” on Broadway from 1980 到 1981. Horne died in 2010.
