Hong Kong’s art and culture has suffered since Beijing imposed a draconian National Security Law on the city three years ago. Fear of arbitrary arrest for so called ‘seditious publicationsor articles seen as anti-government, has forced many artists, residents and activists to seek refuge abroad. 这里, they are trying to preserve the cultural memory of Hong Kong.
