Indigenous Beauty: Masterworks of American Indian Art from the Diker Collection

Drawn from Native American art collected by Charles and Valerie Diker, Indigenous Beauty: Masterworks of American Indian Art from the Diker Collection features more than 120 masterworks representing cultures across the North American continent. Shaped by the Dikers’ passion for American Indian art and culture, coupled with an aesthetic sensibility honed by their long engagement with modern and contemporary art, this superb Native American art collection is renowned as one of the largest, most comprehensive and most exquisite in private hands.

Organized by the American Federation of Arts, this exhibition is made possible by the generosity of an anonymous donor, the JFM Foundation and Mrs. Donald M. Cox. Its showing in Toledo is made possible by 2016 Exhibition Program Sponsor ProMedica, Dorothy MacKenzie Price, Taylor Cadillac and members of the Museum.
