The fourth episode starts at Untersberg mountain, where multiple world champion in ice climbing, Ines Papert, trains for her expeditions. From here the route leads to the salt mines of Berchtesgaden. Salt has been mined here for over 500 年.

Afterwards the helicopter crosses the Predigtstuhl alongside numerous paragliders. Near Ruhpolding, Franz Obermayer tends to the mountain forest. Not far away lies Lake Chiemsee, also known as theBavarian ocean”. In Chiemgau there are 150 different national costumes. Dress maker Stephanie Bauhofer knows each village’s special embroideries. To the west lies Lake Tegernsee, one of Germany’s cleanest waters. At the headwaters of the river Isar, Andreas Pfirstinger lives his passion: fly fishing.
