The flavors of life through the eyes of a chef

Esha-Karthi Raj has known that she wanted to be a chef since she was very young. But, her passion for cooking was more than a calling: it became the language she uses to understand herself and the world around her. In this uplifting Talk, Esha’s musings on the universality of chocolate cake and the magic of the masala dani, the spice box found in most Indian kitchens, create a roadmap for her to embrace the complexities and celebrate the many flavors of her life.
