Three movies you didn’t know were filmed in Germany, in the city of Görlitz

Görlitz in Saxony is also known as “Görliwood” due to its popularity as a filming location. The historic old town was spared during te bombings in the Second World War. In the post-war period, it remained free of architectural eyesores. Depending on the screenplay, Germany’s easternmost city regularly becomes New York, 柏林, Paris or Munich.
