Underwater on Bermuda’s Montana Shipwreck – 180 | National Geographic

Off the coast of Bermuda lies the Montana shipwreck, a civil war blockade runner from 1863. There are over 300 shipwrecks that surround Bermuda. Hard coral and reefs have since grown onto the wreckage, and scientists are able to learn about coral growth by monitoring the shipwreck.
