Why India’s judicial system is struggling to deliver timely justice | 德国之声
India’s judicial system is in a dire state. There are currently 50 million cases that have not been resolved. A recently published book, ‘Court on Trial’, is highly critical of this backlog. DW spoke to one of the book’s authors to have a deeper look at the issue.
