2021年4月8日，推特官方帳號推出#MilkTeaAlliance 專屬符號，紀念#奶茶聯盟 組成一周年，推特官方表示，「# MilkTeaAlliance從迷因，發展為全球民主運動。」據統計，過去一年，在推特上共有超過1100萬條發文，帶有# MilkTeaAlliance標籤。
