🇱🇰 Picking up the Pieces | Witness

Filmmaker Yasir Khan and DOP Fadi Benni travel to northern Sri Lanka to follow a group of Tamil war widows working for the Mines Advisory Group (MAG).
The women spend 3 weeks out of the month removing landmines planted by the LTTE or Tamil Tigers.
Among the widows are Indirani who still mourns her husband, and Kohilaveni who can’t bear to be separated from her baby.
