Ballet class (improvers)

This course increases your understanding of classical technique and expands on the basic movement vocabulary learnt in the introduction course, building your confidence to progress to Level 1.

Recapping and developing the key principles of classical ballet, classes will introduce new movement vocabulary and build towards longer phrases with varying tempos and rhythms.
