Coronavirus: UK business secretary declines to apologise for PPE shortages

Alok Sharma has declined to apologise for PPE shortages in hospitals and care homes who have patients with coronavirus, but admitted frontline workers should not be having to choose whether to work without it. Speaking to Sophy Ridge on Sunday, he said he was ‘sorry for the loss of any life during this pandemic’ as he answered questions about the government’s handling of the crisis
