Richard Parks, ex-Welsh rugby international, learns a new skill. By strapping a motor to his back, grappling with a parachute canopy, and mastering the throttle of a modern marvel of the skies: a paramotor. Setting to the skies of Wales, and with the Welsh weather against him, he has to find a window of opportunity to fly from South to North Wales on his first ever aerial expedition. On the way, he must deal with high winds, rain, clouds, and thermic air, in his attempt to explore his home country of Wales like never before – from above.

Richard Parks, now world-record holding endurance athlete, is on new adrenaline-filled adventures. He will be exploring the most extreme environments that his homeland of Wales has to offer, and will also be showing off its most stunning and wild landscapes.
