Global action needed on East Africa hunger crisis, Oxfam says • FRANCE 24 English

In tonight’s edition: Widespread hunger across East Africa could become “a catastrophe” without funds to the region’s most vulnerable communities, aid agency Oxfam warns. Droughts in the region are also affecting Africa’s water security. As the World Water Forum continues in Dakar, researchers say a holistic approach is needed for change.
