Land body scape II – by Sebastian Prantl & Tanz Atelier Wien

This is spatial art distilled to its finest concentration in which the content is organized using selected leitmotivs and conveyed through using the universal languages of dance and music. The piece “Land Body Scape III” is part of a larger project series that has been initiated by choreographer Sebastian Prantl (Vienna) and pianist Cecilia Li. The agile dancers from Prantl’s Dance Studio Vienna work with texts by Ingeborg Bachmann, Michel Houellebecq, Peter Filkins and Stefano Dadda. Anything is possible in this realm of thought even the most intense ways of working with the body: “They dance in this piece. That is the highest praise possible,” a critic in Vienna once wrote on an earlier part of “Land Body Scape.”
