Manet: Portraying Life Intro with Curator Larry Nichols

The Toledo Museum of Art is the exclusive US venue for Manet: Portraying Life, an exhibition of 40 of Edouard Manet’s greatest portraits and accompanying photographs and other material. This is the first in-depth examination of Manet’s portraiture. The show runs Oct. 7-Jan. 1, 2013 and then travels to the Royal Academy of Arts in London.
