The short ribbon dance combination will help relieve stress and anxiety while learning new skills.
Don’t try to copy me perfectly, I change the dance slightly each time it is performed. I want you to figure out how to make the choreography work for your body.
I recommend learning the routine without the ribbon first and once you feel comfortable slowly adding the ribbon to the mix.
