WATCH: How will Biden address climate change in the 2023 State of the Union?

Biden is expected to speak on that act and other issues facing the country during his Feb. 7 State of the Union address, which comes as climate disasters continue to cause billions of dollars in damage to infrastructure across the nation.
The PBS NewsHour’s Digital Anchor Nicole Ellis spoke with correspondent William Brangham about these issues and more ahead of the State of the Union address.
