Have you ever asked yourself “How do I sterilize my gear?”

In this video I share with you all how I go about autoclaving my tattoo gear to effectively sterilize my gear.

We will dive into the entire process from setting a base, to bagging the grips, adding what is needed, 和更多!

I personally like to use an autoclave to sterilize my gear because we are using high temperatures, high pressure and steam to kill any microorganisms that would have potentially ruined someones life.

It typically takes about 1-3 hours to sterilize my grips. It takes about 1 hour when I have 2-4 grips to sterilize, but when I have more it can go on for 2-3 小時, as it should. Sterilizing is NOT something we want to take lightly and or overlook.

In a nutshell I wipe down all of my grips and gear with opticide wipes ensuring the solution gets into all of the crevices and touches all of the surfaces. After it dries I rinse with alcohol and distilled water , after that dries I will proceed to bag the grips into pouches. From there I setup the autoclave, add water, and plug the power in. The rest I just pay attention and allow the autoclave to reach desired temperatures. Once it reaches my desired temperatures I begin the timer leaving the grips in the autoclave for 25-30 分鐘. Leaving the autoclave for the recommended time is essential, I leave mine for 25-30 分鐘.
