Trauma is an emotional response to a terrible event like an accident, rape, any form of abuse, gaslighting, or natural disaster. Do you know someone who has difficulty in concentrating, experiences anger, irritability, frequent mood swings along with anxiety and fear? Do they often feel guilty about certain experiences in life, is withdrawing from others, feels sad, hopeless, or feels disconnected or numb? The person may have witnessed a traumatic event in their life. Here are a few ways to help them heal!
