4 Examples of Self-Gaslighting vs Overthinking

You might have already heard about gaslighting and what gaslighting is, but do you know what is self gaslighting? Gaslighting yourself is literally when you gaslight yourself. When you gaslight yourself, you tell yourself things to feel better or worse when in reality things are not what you think. When you gaslight yourself, it is very easy to lie to yourself. Overthinking on the other hand could be a form of self gaslighting when you repeat to yourself something over and over. However, in our case, we want to differentiate overthinking or rumination from self-gaslighting. Watch this video to see if it makes sense!
