How To Set Healthy Boundaries

The problem with saying “No” is that we find it difficult to say it firmly. Sometimes, even if we say “No”, people don’t believe us because of how we say it. So, here are 5 steps you can take for your “Nos” to be seen as real boundaries. Has there been a time when you said no and your boundaries were not respected?
